Panel Beater

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Panel Beater to join a well-established and growing automotive repair business in Victoria, Australia. • Perform high-quality panel repairs to manufacturer standards
• Remove, repair and replace damaged vehicle panels
• Complete structural and non-structural vehicle repairs
• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
• Operate repair equipment and workshop tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet production deadlines
• Ensure all repairs comply with workplace safety and quality standards
• Keep the work area clean, organised and safe
• Deliver repairs that meet customer and industry expectations

• Qualified Panel Beater or equivalent recognised trade qualification
• Extensive industry experience will be considered
• Experience repairing fleet, insurance and prestige vehicles
• Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Reliable, motivated and professional work ethic
• Current driver's licence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
