Pastry Cook

• Prepare, cook, and present pastry and dessert menu items to a high standard
• Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
• Assist with menu planning and seasonal dessert development
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant pastry or commercial kitchen experience
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
