Pub & Restaurant Management Position

An established hospitality venue in Western Australia is seeking an experienced and hands-on Hospitality Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of its pub and restaurant environment.

This is a full-time management opportunity for a confident hospitality professional who can lead a team, maintain service standards and support the smooth operation of a busy venue. Working closely with the owner and existing staff, you will play an important role in managing people, service, stock and daily operations.

• Manage the daily operations of the pub and restaurant
• Prepare staff rosters and assist with payroll
• Monitor stock levels and support ordering and inventory control
• Assist with cost control and operational planning
• Lead, support and manage hospitality staff
• Deliver high standards of customer service and lead by example
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff training
• Maintain venue cleanliness, presentation and operational standards
• Support food and beverage service during busy periods
• Ensure staff follow responsible service of alcohol requirements
• Work closely with the owner to improve and adapt venue operations
• Make confident operational decisions during busy service periods
• Support a positive and professional team environment

• Demonstrated hospitality industry experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Confident, organised and reliable approach to work
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Ability to remain calm and effective during busy service periods
• Current and valid RSA certification
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Willingness to take a hands-on approach to hospitality operations
• Ability to lead by example and support the wider team
• Reliable transport and ability to travel to and from work
