• Provide care backed by evidence, following each resident's plan in partnership with the resident and team
• Create and implement individual care plans; assess health, monitor vital signs and handle medications and treatments
• Lead the care team, directing graduate RNs, ENs, student nurses and Personal Care Workers to deliver the highest standard of care
• Manage team performance through regular reviews and development support
• Work with clinical staff, residents, families, allied health, GPs and external organisations

• Bachelor of Nursing plus current unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates, and up-to-date professional, ethical practice in aged care and infection control that satisfies legal and AHPRA requirements and the Nurses Code of Conduct
• Aged care experience and willingness to take part in ongoing mandatory training
