Registered Nurses (Emergency & Aged Care)

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments
• Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans
• Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to clinical changes
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families
• Promote residents' wellbeing, dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Support quality improvement and continuous clinical excellence
• Participate in rotating roster shifts
• Comply with all professional, clinical, and organisational policies

• Current Registered Nurse registration with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (or eligibility to obtain registration)
• Previous nursing experience in aged care, medical, emergency, or palliative care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and observation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to delivering resident-centred care
• Experience using electronic clinical management systems is advantageous
• InterRAI experience is desirable, although training can be provided
• Passion for improving the lives of older people
• Ability to work a rotating roster
