Registered Nurses (Emergency & Aged Care)

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a supportive aged care environment in New South Wales, with permanent full-time opportunities available.

This role is ideal for a compassionate and confident Registered Nurse who can provide high-quality, person-centred care while contributing to the effective coordination of daily clinical services. You will have opportunities to take a leadership role at ward level, mentor colleagues and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to older people
• Promote the dignity, independence and wellbeing of residents
• Coordinate and oversee clinical care within the facility
• Act as a team leader and provide guidance and mentorship to care staff
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain effective communication across the care team
• Apply knowledge of palliative care and aged care practices
• Apply knowledge of AN-ACC requirements and processes
• Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
• Demonstrate effective time management and organisation
• Contribute to a positive, respectful and culturally inclusive workplace
• Participate effectively in individual and team-based work
• Work across morning, afternoon and night shifts as required

• Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
• Experience working in aged care or a similar clinical environment
• Experience or knowledge in palliative care
• Knowledge of AN-ACC
• Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide respectful, person-centred care
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Ability to satisfy National Police Check requirements
