The Opportunity

What this Cairns employer wants is simple to read: a Restaurant Supervisor who already knows how to command a busy dining room and wants to keep climbing. The venue is a family-run Italian trattoria, open-air, cooking homestyle dishes from breakfast to late seven days a week, and its wine list is a selling point.

Strong candidates will show supervisory floor time in a quality venue, real confidence with wine, and a record of keeping standards up when the room is full. The business offers a pathway into management. Applicants already onshore with full working rights fit the brief, and sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

To stand out, tailor your CV to the duties listed here and put your RSA, shift leadership and wine pairing skills where a recruiter sees them first. Tailor a restaurant supervisor CV for this Cairns role using Build AI CV.
