Roofer / solar Installer

• Install and maintain solar energy systems
• Assist with mounting structure and solar panel installation
• Use basic power tools and hand tools safely
• Carry, move and position materials on site
• Assist the installation team with daily site activities
• Set up and clean work areas before and after installations
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
• Read and follow technical drawings, manuals and installation instructions
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Travel interstate when required
• Maintain a professional and reliable approach to all assigned work

• Previous solar installation experience is desirable but not essential
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and the solar industry
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to work interstate when required
• Construction White Card or willingness to obtain one
• Height Safety ticket or willingness to obtain one
• Own vehicle and reliable transport
• Australian Driver Licence
• Demonstrated practical and technical skills relevant to the role
