Site Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Site Supervisor to join a well-established construction company delivering commercial and multi-residential building projects across New South Wales. The successful applicant will support the delivery of construction projects by coordinating daily site operations, supervising subcontractors and labourers, ensuring workplace safety, and maintaining project quality and timelines.

• Supervise day-to-day construction site activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on schedule
• Maintain quality standards throughout all stages of construction
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
• Coordinate excavation and earthworks activities
• Monitor the safe operation of plant and equipment
• Organise and supervise company labourers on site
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets project specifications
• Maintain daily site diaries, safety records, and material delivery documentation
• Track project progress using construction management software
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Assist in achieving project budget, quality, and scheduling targets
• Support continuous improvement of site operations

• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in site supervision or the construction industry is highly regarded
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates with the right attitude
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese language skills are essential
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday as required
• Commitment to workplace health and safety practices
