Wheel Aligner/ Tyre Fitter

A well-established automotive and tyre service business is seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter / Wheel Aligner to join its workshop team in Queensland. This role suits a skilled automotive professional who takes pride in accurate workmanship, customer service and maintaining high workshop standards.

• Fitting and servicing commercial and passenger vehicle tyres
• Fitting tyres to new and aftermarket wheels
• Performing wheel alignments on passenger vehicles and 4WDs
• Carrying out light and medium automotive repairs and maintenance
• Inspecting tyres, wheels and related components
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
• Completing assigned work within required timeframes and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Working independently while also supporting the wider workshop team
• Providing professional service and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Meeting workplace KPIs and deadlines

• Certificate III in Automotive or an equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in tyre fitting and wheel alignment
• Experience with a broad range of passenger and commercial tyres
• Experience fitting tyres to aftermarket wheels
• Ability to perform wheel alignments on passenger vehicles and 4WDs
• Strong understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance
• Physically fit and capable of handling and lifting tyres
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Reliable, honest and professional work ethic
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and workplace safety
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Current manual driver's licence
