Barber and Hairdresser

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Barber / Hairdresser to join a well-established men's grooming business in Western Australia, Australia. This full-time role is ideal for a skilled and customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality barbering and hairdressing services in a busy salon environment.

You will provide a wide range of men's grooming services while maintaining exceptional customer service and professional standards.

• Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and finishing services using scissors, clippers, and razors
• Perform skin fades, beard trims, moustache grooming, and traditional shaving services
• Deliver a variety of modern and classic men's hairstyles
• Provide professional advice on hairstyles, grooming, and hair care products
• Perform colouring, bleaching, perming, and other chemical hair treatments when required
• Shampoo and condition hair and scalp as part of client services
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic salon environment
• Clean and sanitise tools and equipment in accordance with salon hygiene standards
• Assist with appointment scheduling and customer payments when required
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships

• Minimum three years of experience as a Barber or Hairdresser in a busy salon or barbershop
• Strong scissor, clipper, and skin fade techniques
• Experience with beard styling, moustache grooming, and traditional shaving services
• Ability to perform a wide range of men's haircutting and grooming services
• Experience with colouring, bleaching, perming, and other chemical treatments is highly regarded
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented approach
• Ability to work weekends as part of a full-time roster
