The opportunity
The short version of this brief is simple. A WA workforce company whose clients run oil and gas, mining, rail, civil, health and defence projects wants Boilermakers, Fabricators, Welders and Pipefitters for work around Perth and in regional WA, and sponsorship is available for the role.
Recruiters screening these applications will look first at your trade certificate, then at proof that you hold tight fabrication tolerances, then at your tickets. Say clearly which metals you have TIG welded, whether you have built pipe spools from isometrics, and what size of structural steel or platework jobs you have handled. If you have passed weld tests before, mention them, because weld testing is part of this role.
A White Card and extra tickets such as EWP, rigging or confined space are not compulsory here, yet they help a shortlist decision go your way.
Rework your English CV so every trade duty in this brief lines up with a real project you have worked on, and keep your tickets together in one clear section. Match your spool, steel and TIG record to this brief in Build AI CV before you send it.
