An established and busy barbershop in Queensland is looking for skilled and motivated Barbers to join its growing team. Opportunities are available on a full-time, part-time or casual basis, with an apprenticeship also available for the right candidate.

• Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, fades and clipper work
• Deliver high-quality customer service to every client
• Consult with clients to understand their preferred style and grooming needs
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workstation
• Use barbering tools and equipment safely and professionally
• Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail in all services
• Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Work collaboratively with the team in a busy barbershop environment
• Maintain professional presentation and workplace standards
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene requirements

• Previous experience working as a Barber
• Strong clipper and fading skills
• Ability to deliver quality barbering services with confidence
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Passion for barbering and commitment to delivering quality results
