• Deliver modern and classic barbering services including fades, clipper cuts, scissor work and styling
• Provide professional beard trims and traditional or modern shaving services
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles
• Build strong professional relationships with clients and encourage repeat business
• Maintain consistently high standards of barbering quality and service
• Take responsibility for the presentation and cleanliness of the workstation
• Greet and assist clients professionally throughout their visit
• Contribute to a positive, energetic and welcoming team environment
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional shop environment
• Stay up to date with current barbering trends, techniques and products
• Represent the business professionally through personal presentation and communication
• Take initiative and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the shop
• Continue developing technical skills and knowledge within the barbering industry

• Certificate III in Barbering, Hairdressing or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum two years of relevant barbering experience
• Strong skills in fades, clipper work, scissor cuts and contemporary barbering styles
• Confident in beard grooming, trimming and shaving techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, reliable and well-presented approach
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to build and maintain genuine client relationships
• Willingness to learn new techniques and continue developing professionally
• Existing clientele is advantageous but not essential
• Must meet the relevant requirements for employer sponsorship where applicable
• Must have the qualifications and experience required for the position and applicable visa pathway
