Bricklayer

An established construction business is seeking experienced and trade-qualified Bricklayers to join its team for ongoing residential and commercial projects across Western Australia.

This is an opportunity for skilled bricklayers who take pride in quality workmanship and can confidently work from building plans, maintain accurate brickwork and complete projects to industry standards.

The role offers full-time, ongoing employment, competitive industry rates and weekly pay, with Saturday work available for those seeking additional hours.

• Read and interpret building plans and construction drawings
• Lay bricks, blocks and other masonry materials accurately
• Prepare and mix mortar to the required consistency
• Set out brickwork and maintain accurate measurements
• Use levels and other tools to maintain alignment and straightness
• Operate brick cutting machines and other relevant equipment safely
• Check completed brickwork for quality, accuracy and finish
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures on construction sites
• Work efficiently across residential and commercial building projects
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with other trades and construction teams
• Complete bricklaying tasks within required project timeframes

• Trade qualification in Bricklaying, with a minimum Certificate III or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience working as a Bricklayer
• Strong practical knowledge of bricklaying and masonry techniques
• Ability to read and understand building plans
• Competent in brick cutting and mortar preparation
• Ability to use levels and measuring tools accurately
• Strong understanding of construction site safety requirements
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, physically fit and prepared for full-time construction work
• Willingness to work across residential and commercial job sites in Western Australia
