Carpenter

A boutique building and carpentry company in Victoria is seeking an experienced Carpenter / Joiner to join their growing team on a full-time permanent basis.

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, high-end residential and custom timber projects ranging from framing and structural work through to detailed finish carpentry, cabinetry, and bespoke joinery installations.

The successful candidate will work within a professional team delivering premium workmanship across a variety of exciting projects.

• Carry out general carpentry including framing and structural work
• Complete joinery and cabinetry installations
• Perform kitchen assembly and high-end timber fit-outs
• Read and interpret plans and construction specifications
• Maintain high attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Work to project deadlines while maintaining safety standards
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised worksites
• Work independently and collaboratively within project teams

• Certificate III in Carpentry, Joinery, or equivalent trade qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Carpenter or Joiner
• Strong knowledge of safe work practices and construction procedures
• High level of workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Reliable with a positive and professional attitude
• Experience in high-end residential or custom timber projects preferred
