The Opportunity

We are seeking skilled Carpenters to join a well-established premium residential construction team working on high-end new builds and renovations across New South Wales. This role offers consistent project work, competitive pay based on experience, and opportunities to progress into senior carpentry and site leadership positions.

You will work across luxury residential projects involving structural framing, bespoke renovations and detailed finish carpentry

Key Responsibilities

Complete carpentry work across high-end residential construction projects
Carry out structural framing and timber installation
Perform detailed finishing and high-quality carpentry work
Work from construction plans, drawings and project specifications
Complete renovation and new-build carpentry tasks
Manage assigned site tasks independently and efficiently
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Work safely and follow site procedures and construction requirements
Coordinate with builders, architects and other trades on-site
Maintain tools, equipment and a clean, organised work area

Requirements & Eligibility

Relevant carpentry trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
Demonstrated experience in residential carpentry
Experience with new builds, renovations, framing or finishing work
Current White Card
Valid driver's licence
Own reliable transport
Own essential carpentry tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a professional construction team
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Good communication and reliable work ethic
Willingness to work across residential project sites in New South Wales
