Both permanent and seasonal positions are available, offering flexibility for experienced chefs seeking either a long-term role or a short-term opportunity. Sponsorship support is available for suitable overseas candidates who meet the required skills and experience criteria.

• Preparing and presenting high-quality meals in line with kitchen standards
• Supporting daily kitchen operations within a busy hospitality environment
• Maintaining consistency, portion control, and food presentation standards
• Working collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members
• Managing food preparation, cooking, and service during busy periods
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen workspace
• Contributing ideas and supporting menu improvements where required
• Managing workload effectively while meeting service expectations
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture

• Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen environment
• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Relevant hospitality qualifications or industry experience preferred
