Concreter/Machine Operator

Our client is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher/Machine Operator to join a long-term project team in Western Australia.

This role will involve working across multiple construction and civil projects, offering variety and the opportunity to work in different environments. The successful candidate will bring strong concrete finishing skills, machine operation experience and a commitment to safe, high-quality work.

• Perform concrete finishing works across various construction projects
• Operate machinery such as excavators and skid steers
• Prepare, place, level and finish concrete to required standards
• Complete general civil and construction duties as required
• Work effectively across different project sites and environments
• Follow workplace health, safety and environmental procedures
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other site personnel
• Complete tasks safely and efficiently within required timeframes
• Participate in required medical and drug and alcohol testing

• Minimum 2 years of relevant concrete finishing experience
• WA HR Class Driver Licence
• Construction White Card
• Experience operating construction machinery such as excavators or skid steers
• Relevant machine tickets, or willingness to obtain required tickets
• Ability to work a 2:1 roster with 12-hour day shifts
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Ability to pass regular drug and alcohol testing
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
• Willingness to work across multiple project environments in Western Australia
