• Deliver work on building and civil construction projects
• Carpentry and building, including framing and formwork
• Concreting and civil tasks such as placing, steel fixing, reinforcing, trowelling and finishing
• Masonry: brick and block laying
• Roofing and cladding, including roof installation
• Flooring and tiling installation
• Plastering, gib fixing, stopping of plasterboard and painting
• Plumbing, drainlaying, pipe laying and drainage
• Electrical trade assistance, HVAC and ventilation installation, glazing and general construction

• A track record in the construction industry over the previous 12 months
• Physically able to carry out demanding manual work
• Responds to instructions and works well within a team
• Basic grasp of workplace health and safety requirements, and safe use of basic hand and power tools
