Duty Manager
The Opportunity
This Sydney pub wants a Duty Manager who leads from the front and keeps a shift running smoothly from open to close. From a recruiter's point of view the brief is clear: steady trade across bar, gaming, sport, events and guest rooms, loyal regulars, and a larger hotel group behind it that values governance, clear standards and developing leaders.
The employer is open to an experienced Duty Manager or a senior supervisor ready to step up into wider leadership, and there is potential to progress within the group. Sponsorship is available for the full-time role.
To stand out, mirror the listed duties with real examples: shifts you have run on a gaming floor, rosters you have built, stock counts and supplier orders you have handled.
A CV that opens with your RSA, RCG and ARCG and your TAB and KENO experience makes the screening easy. Match your gaming-floor CV to this pub brief with Build AI CV.
