Early Childhood Teacher

A growing early childhood education provider in Queensland is seeking 5 passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teachers to join its full-time kindergarten programs.

These positions are based in government-approved kindergarten rooms and offer an excellent opportunity for qualified early childhood professionals to build a long-term career in Australia.

Visa sponsorship is available for eligible overseas applicants. Successful sponsorship is subject to applicable visa requirements, ACECQA skills assessment, English language requirements and other employment conditions.

• Hold an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
• OR hold an approved Early Childhood Education and Care Diploma and be enrolled in and actively working towards an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
• OR be enrolled in and actively working towards an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification and have completed at least 50% of the required ECT qualification
• Applicants under the 50% completion pathway must provide transcripts demonstrating completion of at least 50% of the ECT qualification
• Overseas-qualified applicants are welcome to apply
• Eligible overseas applicants must be able to obtain a successful ACECQA skills assessment where required
• Meet applicable English language requirements for visa and employment purposes
• Be eligible for relevant Australian visa sponsorship requirements
• Be willing to complete a National Police Check
• Hold or be eligible to obtain a Queensland Working with Children Blue Card
• Hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training, or obtain these qualifications as required
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate genuine passion for working with young children
• Have a strong work ethic, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Be innovative, flexible, reliable and open-minded
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of an early childhood education team
