ED Clinical Nurses

We are seeking experienced Clinical Nurses – Emergency Department to join a leading healthcare provider in Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a newly expanded, state-of-the-art emergency department equipped with modern facilities and advanced clinical resources.

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute conditions
• Assess, monitor, and manage patients in a fast-paced emergency department environment
• Provide safe, evidence-based clinical care in accordance with professional standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Respond effectively to emergency and critical care situations
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate patient assessments, documentation, and clinical records
• Support patient and family education throughout the care process
• Promote patient safety, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in clinical handovers and care planning
• Assist with mentoring and supporting junior nursing staff when required
• Maintain compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and professional standards
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-centred workplace culture

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Postgraduate Certificate or higher qualification in Critical Care or Emergency Nursing
• Minimum 12–24 months of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
