Formwork Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenter to join a growing construction team in Western Australia on a full-time or casual basis. This opportunity is suited to a skilled carpenter who can confidently work across different construction projects and adapt to varying site requirements.

You will be involved in formwork and general carpentry activities across multiple sites, with the opportunity to work alongside an experienced, hands-on team. Reliability, quality workmanship and a strong commitment to safety are highly valued.

• Complete formwork carpentry activities across a range of construction projects
• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specifications
• Construct, install and dismantle formwork structures as required
• Carry out general carpentry and construction duties across different sites
• Measure, cut and assemble timber and other construction materials accurately
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and workmanship
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow site safety procedures, construction standards and workplace requirements
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
• Work independently when required and contribute effectively as part of a team
• Travel to different project sites as required
• Adapt to changing project requirements and construction environments

• Qualified Carpenter or extensive practical experience as an all-rounder in construction
• Demonstrated experience in formwork or general carpentry
• Strong practical carpentry and construction skills
• Formal carpentry qualification or recognised trade certification preferred
• Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
• Current driver's licence preferred
• Reliable transport to travel to work sites
• Own hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel and work on regional projects where required
• Ability to meet relevant employment and sponsorship requirements
