Formwork Carpenters, Concreters, Steel Fixers, Supervisors & Leading Hands

Skilled civil construction tradespeople are being sought for major infrastructure projects across South Australia. Opportunities are available for Formwork Carpenters, Concreters, Steel Fixers, Leading Hands and Trade Assistants.

The roles are suited to experienced construction professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, safe work practices and working effectively within a project team. With a strong pipeline of civil construction work, these positions offer the opportunity to build verified industry experience while contributing to significant infrastructure projects.

• Complete formwork and concrete construction activities
• Carry out steel fixing and reinforcement works
• Assist with FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) construction activities
• Interpret construction plans and follow project specifications
• Prepare and maintain work areas in accordance with safety requirements
• Use construction tools, equipment and machinery safely
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople and site teams
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and attention to detail
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Complete tasks efficiently within project timelines
• Support general civil construction activities where required

• Minimum 3 years of relevant civil construction experience
• Relevant experience in formwork, concreting, steel fixing or civil construction
• White Card is mandatory
• High Risk Work licences and additional tickets are highly desirable
• Experience with Dogman, Working at Heights, Telehandler, CN, C6 or HR is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work across South Australia and interstate projects where required
