Hard Landscaper

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Brick Paver / Hard Landscaper to join a growing commercial landscaping business in Western Australia. Working across a variety of large-scale residential and commercial projects, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality paving and hard landscaping solutions.

This role offers long-term career progression opportunities, including pathways into Leading Hand and Supervisory positions. Sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.

• Install brick paving, block paving, and hard landscaping features
• Prepare and level ground surfaces for paving works
• Read and interpret site plans and project specifications
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Carry out site preparation and finishing works
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Work effectively within a team environment
• Travel to various project locations as required

• Proven experience in brick paving or hard landscaping
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
• White Card or ability to obtain one
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to travel to different project sites
