Key responsibilities

  • Convert technical requirements from clients and consultants into practical mechanical designs for HVAC applications
  • Design and review components such as compressors, fans and heat exchangers
  • Collaborate with electrical, controls and other engineers, and communicate with consultants and internal teams to solve technical challenges

Requirements and eligibility

  • A mechanical engineering degree, backed by demonstrable HVAC design experience
  • Proficiency with mechanical design tools
  • Familiarity with key HVAC components
  • Communicates effectively and is comfortable working with diverse engineering teams and external consultants
  • A legal entitlement to work in Australia, such as Permanent Residency or equivalent
