Medium Rigid MR Manual Dairy Driver

A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Dairy Milk Delivery Driver to join a growing distribution operation in Western Australia. This role is suited to a reliable driver who takes pride in safe vehicle operation, efficient deliveries and building strong customer relationships.

You will take ownership of an allocated delivery route, ensuring dairy products reach customers safely and on time. The position offers a high level of independence, supported by training and a collaborative team environment.

• Safely operate a medium rigid manual vehicle to deliver dairy products to customers
• Complete scheduled deliveries efficiently and on time
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers along the allocated route
• Work approximately 42 hours per week, starting from 2:00am, Monday to Saturday
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any vehicle maintenance issues
• Load and unload dairy products safely and carefully
• Handle goods appropriately to minimise damage during transportation
• Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation
• Follow Australian road transport laws, workplace procedures and safety requirements
• Support improvements to delivery and distribution processes
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

• Valid MR or HR Australian driver's licence
• Proven experience as a safe and responsible driver
• Experience operating medium rigid manual vehicles
• Strong reliability, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
• Good attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg to shoulder height
• Understanding of relevant road transport regulations and safe driving practices
• Willingness to work early morning shifts from 2:00am, Monday to Saturday
