• Repair damaged vehicle body panels and structural components
• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
• Remove, repair and replace damaged panels and parts
• Straighten vehicle frames and body structures using specialised equipment
• Carry out panel alignment and fitting work to manufacturer specifications
• Operate welding, measuring and repair equipment safely and effectively
• Work from repair orders, technical drawings and manufacturer guidelines
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Collaborate with other workshop team members to achieve production targets

• Relevant trade qualification as a Panel Beater or equivalent
• Minimum five years of relevant panel beating experience
• Experience working in a collision repair environment
• Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and equipment
• Ability to interpret repair specifications and work instructions
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
