Panel Beater

We are looking for experienced Panel Beaters who can demonstrate proven hands-on expertise in automotive body repair. This opportunity is suited to skilled tradespeople whose qualifications, work history and technical abilities can be clearly verified.

The role involves restoring damaged vehicles to a high standard, with a strong focus on accurate repairs, structural integrity and professional workmanship.

• Assess vehicle damage and identify the correct repair approach
• Remove, repair and replace damaged panels and vehicle components
• Straighten and realign body panels and vehicle structures
• Carry out welding, metal fabrication and other body repair work
• Use panel beating tools and workshop equipment safely and effectively
• Work closely with spray painters and mechanics to complete quality repairs
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and professional standards
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment

• Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant automotive body repair experience
• Demonstrated practical experience in panel beating and vehicle restoration
• Strong knowledge of body repair methods, tools and equipment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a busy workshop environment
• Valid driver's licence
• Ability to provide supporting evidence of qualifications and employment history
