The successful candidate will work with advanced repair equipment in a quality-focused workshop servicing both private and insurance customers.

• Carry out structural and non-structural vehicle body repairs
• Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards
• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
• Perform small and large panel repairs using industry-standard equipment
• Prepare vehicle panels for refinishing processes
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and attention to detail
• Operate workshop equipment safely and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet production deadlines
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional work environment

• Relevant trade qualification as a Panel Beater or equivalent
• Previous experience in the automotive collision repair industry
• Ability to complete both minor and major vehicle body repairs
• Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques and workshop practices
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Reliable, motivated and professional work ethic
• Willingness to undertake ongoing training and skills development
