Piling laborer

A well-established construction company in New South Wales is seeking motivated Piling Labourers to join its growing team. Previous piling experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. This opportunity is suited to physically capable candidates who are reliable, willing to learn, and serious about building verified construction experience.

The role offers practical training across piling, concreting, steel fixing, and heavy machinery operation, with genuine opportunities to develop into senior positions and take on greater responsibility.

• Assist with piling and foundation construction work
• Carry out concreting and steel fixing tasks
• Operate heavy machinery following appropriate training and instructions
• Support the construction crew across active project sites
• Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas appropriately
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other team members
• Develop practical skills through on-the-job training
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop
• Work towards progressing into senior crew and leadership responsibilities

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
• Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
• Comfortable working as part of a construction team
• Previous construction, concreting, steel fixing, or labouring experience is advantageous but not essential
• Willing to complete training and develop practical construction skills
• Strong work ethic and pride in completing tasks correctly
