The opportunity
This Production Manager brief comes from an established dairy manufacturer in northern NSW, with the role based in Lismore. The plant produces powders, liquid and frozen products and butter for local and overseas markets, and practical, technical know-how in spray drying is central to the brief because the process is an important part of the plant's work.
To stand out, mirror the duties in your application. Show the teams and supervisors you have led, how you planned and scheduled output, the efficiency and waste gains you achieved, and how you kept food safety, GMP and HACCP standards in place. Concrete examples of dryer troubleshooting or process optimisation will carry real weight.
Qualified candidates living abroad who are interested in a move to Australia are welcome to apply, and the role is open to anyone who can work in Australia or who meets the requirements for an employer-sponsored visa. All recruitment communication is in English.
