The opportunity

This Production / Site Manager search is for someone who likes grease on their hands as much as numbers on a report. The client is a leading national manufacturer, and the role covers everything at its rural production site roughly two hours from Perth.

Reading the duties, the employer is clearly after three things. The first is mechanical depth, meaning fitting experience, maintenance planning and fault-finding on machinery. The second is people leadership across skilled and unskilled crews. The third is the discipline to run safety, quality, stock and rosters without daily direction, because reporting goes to senior management on the East Coast. The successful person will also need to live near the site at least Monday to Friday.

The client is open to candidates who need sponsorship, provided the skills, the experience and strong communication are all there.

To stand out, tailor your English CV to those duties by naming the machines and lines you maintained, the bottlenecks you fixed and the crews you led. tailor your production leadership CV using Build AI CV
