Qualified Hairdresser / Senior Stylist

A leading professional hair salon in Western Australia is seeking an experienced and qualified Hairdresser to join its busy and supportive team on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers 38 hours per week, a salary of $78,000 plus superannuation, ongoing training and career development opportunities.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality cutting, colouring, styling and treatment services while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professional salon standards.

• Perform haircuts for women, men and children
• Provide professional hair colouring services including foils, balayage, toners and root retouching
• Deliver blow-drying, styling and finishing services
• Perform hair treatments and shampoo services
• Conduct client consultations and provide personalised hair recommendations
• Assist with retail product sales and customer service
• Maintain high standards of salon presentation, cleanliness and hygiene
• Build positive and professional relationships with clients
• Work collaboratively with other salon team members
• Maintain a high standard of professional service and presentation

• Certificate III in Hairdressing or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hairdressing industry experience
• Strong practical skills in cutting, colouring and styling
• Experience providing professional client consultations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, professional and well presented
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced salon environment
• Ability to work as part of a professional team
