Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality day-to-day care to the home's residents
- Take part in initiatives that improve residents' health, happiness and longevity
- Delegate and collaborate within the nursing team, including on night shifts when rostered
Requirements and eligibility
- AHPRA registration held as a Division 1 Registered Nurse (essential)
- Passion and energy for world class care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to delegate effectively and to work as part of a tight-knit team
- Strong understanding of Resident Rights and of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
- Availability for night shifts and completion of pre-employment checks
