Registered Nurses (Emergency & Aged Care)

An exciting opportunity is available for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join a well-established residential aged care provider in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). This permanent full-time or part-time position offers a supportive team environment, ongoing professional development, competitive hourly rates, and visa sponsorship for eligible international candidates.

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care while supporting the health, wellbeing, and dignity of elderly residents.

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans
• Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes
• Respond promptly and effectively to clinical and emergency situations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals and care staff
• Support residents and families with compassionate and professional care
• Promote residents' independence, dignity and quality of life
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards, policies and best practices
• Participate in handovers, care planning and continuous improvement activities
• Work flexible rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons and nights
• Contribute positively to a supportive multidisciplinary team environment

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Experience in residential aged care or a similar clinical setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations
• Compassionate, caring and resident-focused approach
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
