Sales And Bakery Operations Manager

Take responsibility for the daily operation of a busy bakery in New Zealand. You will oversee daily operations, support the team and help improve sales, customer experience and overall efficiency.

• Manage the day-to-day bakery operations
• Lead, train and support bakery team members
• Drive sales and maintain excellent customer service
• Manage stock levels, ordering and product wastage
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and company standards
• Coordinate staffing and daily operational requirements
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve sales
• Support a positive and productive team environment
• Ensure smooth and efficient bakery operations during busy periods

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service or management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with a strong understanding of sales
• Reliable, organised and willing to take a hands-on approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bakery or food production experience is advantageous
• Must meet applicable New Zealand work visa and sponsorship requirements
