• Provide high-quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims and grooming services
• Deliver consistent workmanship with attention to detail
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences
• Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Ensure workstations, tools and equipment remain clean and sanitised
• Follow workplace health, safety and hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively within a professional team environment
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism and a positive attitude
• Capture photos and short videos of completed work for promotional purposes when required
• Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and professional barbershop environment

• Minimum 5 years of professional barbering experience
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality and consistent barbering services
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, reliable and punctual work ethic
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Comfortable creating photo and video content showcasing completed work
