Welder / Fabricator

We are seeking experienced Welders / Fabricators to join a well-established industrial manufacturing company in Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated tradespeople with workshop fabrication and MIG welding experience who are looking for stable, long-term employment. • Perform MIG welding on heavy industrial components
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical plans
• Fabricate, assemble and repair metal products to required specifications
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Operate workshop equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Assist with general workshop duties as required

• Recent experience in MIG welding within a heavy industrial or fabrication environment
• Ability to successfully complete a practical welding test
• Experience reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
• Previous experience working in a workshop environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work long shifts and perform physically demanding tasks
• Good communication and record-keeping skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Valid driver's licence preferred
• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
• Experience operating an overhead crane is desirable
• White Card is advantageous
• Relevant trade qualification or Certificate I–IV in Welding, Fabrication or a related field preferred
• Minimum one year of welding experience preferred
