Baker

The hiring bakery, a well-known name in Western Australia's South West, is recruiting a Baker to work alongside its Bread Team Leader and Production Manager. The role suits a baker who wants to keep learning and push their baking career further.

From a recruiter's view, the strongest applications will show real volume bakery work, confident use of a commercial bread oven and a solid grasp of how sourdough and croissant doughs ferment. Trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent are on the list, and HACCP experience would help.

The shift pattern is 2am to 12pm, Monday to Thursday: 4 days and 38 hours a week, overtime if necessary, weekends off. Sponsorship is available for the right person.

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic, adaptable work ethic
• HACCP experience desirable, with strong emphasis on food hygiene
