• Repair interiors and exteriors and keep the general fabric of the buildings in order
• Move between minor maintenance and assisting on large-scale construction projects
• Log and report defects so they get fixed
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests, solving problems promptly and professionally
• Run planned preventative maintenance and lend a hand on building improvements
