• Create menus and maintain food production standards
• Handle food costings, labour management and labour costing
• Deliver on agreed KPIs while keeping to executive management standards
• Take part in recruiting kitchen staff and run their induction and training
• Communicate effectively with management and the crew
• Keep hygiene, cleanliness and safety front of mind

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-volume venue
• Cert III or Cert IV in Cookery
• Professionalism to a high degree
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, especially food quality and presentation
