Forklift Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to join a leading food processing operation. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced forklift operator who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of workplace safety and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe movement, storage, and loading of products while supporting daily warehouse and production operations.

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and unstack products
• Transport goods, pallets, frames, and materials to designated storage and production areas
• Load and unload trucks safely and accurately
• Ensure products are stored correctly and securely
• Inspect forklifts before use and monitor equipment for wear or damage
• Carry out basic forklift servicing, adjustments, and minor maintenance
• Assist with lifting and movement of production materials as required
• Maintain workplace health and safety standards at all times
• Follow operational procedures and supervisor instructions
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Support warehouse and production teams to achieve daily operational targets
• Complete general warehouse and material handling duties as required

• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment
• Current accredited forklift licence or equivalent certification
• Strong understanding of forklift safety procedures and workplace health and safety practices
• Ability to safely load, unload, and transport goods
• Experience conducting routine equipment inspections
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently and within a team
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to perform manual handling duties when required
• Commitment to maintaining high operational and safety standards
