• Carry out civil construction work in accordance with project specifications and safety standards
• Perform formwork, steel fixing, concreting, or trade assistant duties based on your role
• Read and interpret construction drawings and work instructions
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and site teams to achieve project deadlines
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Assist with site preparation, construction, and finishing activities
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Support the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects

• Minimum 3 years of civil construction experience
• White Card is mandatory
• Relevant trade qualification for trade positions is highly regarded
• Additional licences and tickets such as Dogman, Working at Heights, Telehandler, CN, C6, or HR Licence are advantageous
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel for project requirements where necessary
