The Opportunity

From a recruiter's chair, this Registered Nurse vacancy is about one thing above all: leadership at the bedside. A not-for-profit provider is opening a newly built 180-bed aged care home in Bunbury, WA, in November 2026 and wants a full-time RN who can steer care staff, delegate well and keep accreditation in view.

The provider says Registered Nurses who need sponsorship are encouraged to apply, so overseas-trained candidates should not hold back.

It is part of a national network of not-for-profit aged care organisations and promotes a friendly, supportive team where nurses can grow. To stand out, mirror the duties below in your application, give concrete examples of leading a shift or handling an audit, and keep your registration details ready to share.

Shortlisting is quicker when the CV matches the ad line by line. Match your CV to this RN brief with Build AI CV and lead with your AHPRA registration and aged care leadership.
