The Opportunity

This Perth disability and nursing care business is recruiting a Service Manager, and the brief points to a nurse who already thinks like a team leader. It is a permanent full-time role open to Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses.

Reading the duties, the employer is after three things: confident NDIS compliance, the ability to coach a support team through complex client needs, and good judgement with families and other health professionals. Sponsorship may be considered for suitably qualified and experienced candidates who meet the role's requirements, subject to eligibility and business needs.

To stand out, mirror that brief. Give a short example of a team you have led, describe how you kept records audit-ready, and name the disability or aged care settings you know. Keep your screening checks and First Aid details ready to share.

Shortlists move quickly for leadership roles in care, so tailor a sharp CV on Build AI CV and place your nursing registration and management experience near the top.
