The opportunity

This recruitment drive covers 100 permanent, full-time Registered Nurse roles with private hospitals and aged care organisations in various regional Australian locations. The successful nurses will oversee residents' daily care needs and back up the team on the floor.

From a recruiter's view, the employers are after nurses who lead with confidence, communicate well and know the aged care standards, including safe medication administration. They are open to 482 visa sponsorship, with conditions applying.

To stand out, line your history up against the experience rule of 3 months as a Registered Nurse in Australia, or 2 years overseas. Australian experience is preferred, so put any local shifts first.
