Registered Nurses (Emergency & Aged Care)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a high-quality residential aged care environment in New Zealand. This is an opportunity for a compassionate and clinically capable nurse to provide person-centred care while working within a supportive, quality-focused team.

• Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and monitor residents' health and wellbeing
• Develop, implement and regularly review personalised nursing care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and records
• Identify changes in residents' health conditions and respond appropriately
• Promote residents' dignity, independence and quality of life
• Work collaboratively with care assistants and other healthcare professionals
• Lead, mentor and support care assistants in delivering best-practice care
• Contribute to continuous improvements in clinical standards and care practices
• Maintain effective written and verbal communication with residents, families and colleagues
• Apply a solution-focused approach to resident care and workplace challenges
• Support a culturally inclusive and respectful care environment
• Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and organisational policies

• Registered Nurse qualification recognised by the Nursing Council of New Zealand
• NZ Nursing Council CAP approval or willingness to complete the required registration pathway
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate nursing experience
• Experience in aged care or a medical setting is highly preferred
• Relevant interRAI competency is advantageous
• Successful completion of an approved English language assessment such as IELTS or OET
• Meet the Nursing Council of New Zealand's English language requirements
• Meet the educational and professional standards for the Registered Nurse scope of practice in New Zealand
• Eligible to obtain New Zealand nursing registration
