Registered Nurses (Emergency & Aged Care)

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Registered Nurse to join a growing healthcare organisation delivering person-centred disability and aged care services across Western Australia. This is a diverse role that combines clinical leadership, participant support, staff training, stakeholder engagement, and community partnerships.

Working primarily in an office-based environment with regular travel within the community, you will provide clinical guidance, support participants with complex care needs, deliver training to support workers, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners. • Conduct nursing assessments and clinical reviews for participants
• Develop, implement, and maintain care plans and clinical documentation
• Provide clinical guidance and support to participants, families, and support workers
• Support medication management, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives
• Deliver clinical training, coaching, and competency assessments for staff
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community stakeholders
• Represent the organisation at networking events, community meetings, and industry forums
• Support participant referrals and contribute to service growth
• Maintain accurate participant, clinical, and training records
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve participant outcomes
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and organisational development

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain registration
• Approximately 2–5 years of post-registration nursing experience
• Experience in disability, aged care, community health, rehabilitation, or complex care settings
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Experience delivering staff training, mentoring, or clinical education
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Experience within the NDIS sector is advantageous
• Experience supporting participants with complex or high-intensity care needs is desirable
• Knowledge of NDIS funding and service delivery frameworks is beneficial
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, networking, or business development is desirable
• Current driver's licence
• National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
